Report a Profile or Issue

Your report helps keep Lovitro safe for everyone. We review every submission manually.

Reports are anonymous. We do not share your identity with the reported member, and your account stays in good standing while we review.

What can be reported

Fake profile or impersonation

The photos look stolen, the bio doesn’t match, or the person is pretending to be someone else.

Harassment or threats

Aggressive messages, repeated unwanted contact, threats, or any form of abuse.

Spam or scams

Suspicious links, requests for money or financial information, or commercial solicitation.

Sexually explicit content

Profile photos or messages containing explicit content. Lovitro is not a platform for adult content.

Underage user

You believe a member is under 18. ID verification should prevent this; if you spot a case, report it immediately.

Hate speech or discrimination

Content targeting members based on race, religion, sexuality, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.

Off-platform misconduct

A member has behaved inappropriately during a meeting or off-platform. We will record the report even though we have no visibility into off-platform conduct.

How to report

  1. From a profile page: open the member's profile and tap the three-dot menu in the top right, then choose “Report”.
  2. From a conversation: tap the member's name at the top of the chat to open their profile, then choose “Report”.
  3. By email: if you can't access the in-app reporting flow, email the team directly at safety@lovitro.com. Include the member's username, the reason, and any screenshots.

Most reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Critical reports (underage members, threats, scams) are escalated immediately.

Critical or time-sensitive issues

For threats, suspected illegal activity, or anything where you feel unsafe right now, contact local emergency services first. Then email safety@lovitro.com so we can act on the report and preserve evidence.
