By accessing or using Lovitro ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") at lovitro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Lovitro is a social discovery platform that allows users to:

• Browse profiles of people near their location
• Swipe left (skip) or right (like) on profiles
• Click on Telegram links to chat with people directly on Telegram
• Filter profiles by preferences (location, interests)

Important: Lovitro is NOT a messaging platform. We facilitate connections, but all conversations happen on Telegram. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram in any way.

3. Eligibility

To use Lovitro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be prohibited by law from using our Service in your jurisdiction
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. User Conduct

By using Lovitro, you agree NOT to:

5. No Account Required

Lovitro does not require user registration or accounts. We do not store your personal information (name, email, phone number). All interactions happen anonymously until you choose to connect with someone on Telegram.

6. Profile Content & Liability

Profiles displayed on Lovitro are submitted by third parties (creators who choose to be listed). By using our Platform:

• You acknowledge that we do NOT verify the identity, age, or authenticity of profiles
• We are NOT responsible for the accuracy of profile information (photos, names, descriptions)
• We do NOT endorse or guarantee any user, their intentions, or their behavior
• Any interactions you have on Telegram are solely between you and the other person

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Lovitro (design, logos, text, graphics, code) is owned by or licensed to Lovitro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Platform without our explicit written permission.

8. Third-Party Links (Telegram)

Our Platform contains links to Telegram profiles. These links take you outside of Lovitro and into Telegram's platform. Once you leave Lovitro:

• We have NO control over Telegram's content, features, or privacy practices
• Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply
• We are NOT responsible for any interactions, disputes, or issues that occur on Telegram

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

9.1 "AS IS" Service

Lovitro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do NOT guarantee that the Platform will be:

• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Free from viruses or harmful components
• Accurate or reliable

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lovitro and its owners, employees, and partners shall NOT be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or harm resulting from use of our Platform or interactions with other users
• Disputes, fraud, or misconduct by other users

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lovitro and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your interactions with other users (on Lovitro or Telegram)
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lovitro at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive or harmful behavior

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lovitro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
