Lovitro operates as a discovery and introduction platform only. We are not a party to any conversation, agreement, or interaction between members. Our role is limited to verifying member identity at sign-up and providing the discovery interface; everything that happens after one member contacts another is solely between those individuals.
Members agree that the Platform is not to be used for any commercial transaction, including soliciting or offering paid services or companionship for compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, escort services, sugar arrangements, paid dates, and any other exchange of money, goods, or services for time, attention, or companionship. Such use will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Lovitro has no visibility into communications outside the Platform. Members are solely responsible for their off-platform conduct, including any messages, meetings, agreements, or financial dealings that occur after they leave the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches will result in any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovitro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from member-to-member interactions, off-platform conduct, or loss of data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lovitro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
