About Tasha Reign
Tasha Reign studied at Santa Monica College and transferred to UCLA in 2010, graduating with a degree in gender studies in 2014. Her stage name traces back to her early career, when she danced at a club called Silver Reign.
Reign filmed her first adult feature in 2010 and went on to model for major publications, appearing in Penthouse and being named the magazine's Pet of the Month in May 2011. In the fall of 2012 she founded her own studio, Reign Productions, for which she writes and directs much of her own material — work that earned her and her company multiple AVN Award nominations in the years that followed. Off camera, she has been an outspoken advocate for the people who work in the industry, serving as chairperson of the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee and touring college campuses, including her alma mater, to discuss performer rights and workplace issues. As a director and producer, she is frequently cited as one of the performers of her generation who moved into ownership and creative control of her own content.
